Cash or bank cards. Checks must be pre-approved by us PRIOR to bidding and drawn on a Virginia bank.
***** YOU MUST REGISTER TO PRE-VIEW***** If you are unsure that you want to bid until you look, that's fine. You may register in person at the preview.
There is a 15% buyers premium, discounted to 10% if you pay in cash at time of pick up.
We will not charge your bank card UNLESS you do not pick up your items. You may pay at the time of pick up by most any bank card, cash or pre-approved check.
We sell locally. This means be prepared to pay Virginia sales tax on your purchase even if you live in another state. Selling "AS IS-WHERE IS" and all sales are final. There is no warranty on anything we sell by the Auction Company or seller.
Pick-up is Saturday January 30th, 9AM - 3PM. This is important as the seller is preparing the home for sale. Bring your own packing and boxes, as well as help to load larger purchases.
WE DO NOT SHIP! If you require shipping you must handle this yourself. There are many quality shippers in the area. We recommend The Packaging Store. The owner Rick and his crew do a good job. PHONE: 540-772-0999.
We are Auctioneers. We are not Authenticators. We do our best to describe a certain lotted item based on experience, written information, family history, our own research, etc. It is ultimately your responsibility to determine what an item is, its value and the intended use or repurpose use.
The Auction Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The Auction Company may bid on behalf of the seller or its own behalf. Additionally, any employee may bid on items they may wish to own for themselves.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PICK UP MY ITEMS?
Auction lots not pick-up at the arranged time will be considered abandoned. We understand things happen and you may have to make arrangements. You need to do this ahead of time. Recently, we had an excuse for no show for pick up because he had a golf match. We love golf too, but business-is-business. YOU WILL BE CHARGED for your ticket plus $25.00 administration fee per lot. Our client is expecting payment therefore, we must and will collect.
