Loading purchased items is the sole responsibily of the buyer, and B & H Auction is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold B & H Auction harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Invoices containing jewelry, coins or silver will require payment by cash, wire transfer, or approved certified funds if you have not established a prior bidding history with our company. All sales subject to Virginia sales tax as stipulated by state law, unless you have a resale certificate on file with us. All items must be picked up at our auction gallery within ten (10) days from date of auction. Items not removed within fourteen days will be assessed a $7.00 per item/per day storage fee. Storage fee must be paid for in full prior to pick up. Any items left after thirty (30) days will be considered abandoned and will become the property of B & H Auction with no refunds given.
