Auction Terms & Conditions 1. Binding – By bidding in this online auction you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 2. Item Description and Condition – The seller and agent are not responsible for any errors in item descriptions and conditions. All items are sold as-is, where is and buyers should do their due diligence before bidding. 3. Liability – If any item sold cannot be delivered for any reason then the seller shall only be responsible to the buyer for the price the buyer paid. Neither seller nor agent is responsible for accidents during pickup. 4. Pickup – Buyer is responsible for removal of all items purchased. Loading help is not available. Items may only be picked up during the specified window at the specified location unless alternate arrangements are made in writing prior to sale. Any items not picked up are deemed abandoned and no refund will be issued. 5. Sales Tax – Buyer will be charged Virginia sales tax unless a tax exempt form is on file prior to the end of the auction. Tax exempt forms may be sent to auctions@fineoldfinds.com 6. Item removal – Seller may remove items from auction at any time prior to bidding beginning. 7. Bidding – All bids are final once placed and cannot be removed, lowered, or changed. 8. Payment - The card on file will be automatically charged at the close of the auction.
