If an item is unable to be found during the pickup period, the buyer must immediately make this known to the seller's auction staff. If the item cannot be found, a refund will be given. No refund requests made after the completion of the pickup will be honored. LATE PICK UP: DUE TO THE INCREASING NUMBER OF LATE PICK UPS, A "LATE PICK UP FEE" OF $10 PER AUCTION OR $5 PER ITEM, WHICH EVER IS GREATER. This fee will not be charged if you call prior to the pick up day to make arrangements and you pick your items up within 5 days. You must call before the pick up day to avoid this fee.
