Auctioneer has final say on any & all disputes. *If you are a successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property and remove the property. * Gibson Auction Inc reserves the right to reject any bid at our discretion. *Items are to be removed from the premise on the pick up dates which are March 4th, 5th & 6th. All items must be gone by Noon on Saturday March 6th. These are the only days for pick up and the only opportunity to remove the items from the premise.
