On SATURDAY morning, after the auction has closed, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the entire amount of your purchases. You will receive an emailed Invoice. 2. STAGGERING CLOSE: This online auction will close multiple items per minute. If an item has active bidding when it comes up to close, that item will be skipped until there is no bidding for 3 minutes, then it will close.. State Tax will be applied if your signed tax exempt form is not on file. We cannot accept a verbal number. 7. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you bid $100, at checkout you will be chared $115 plus VA State Tax of .053%. 8. PAID RECEIPT: You will receive an emailed receipt for your purchases by 9AM on Saturday Nov 28, pickup day.
