LOADING ASSISTANCE IS NOT AVAILABLE.*** ***YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS*** ***PICKUP DATE(S) & TIME(S) are STRICTLY ENFORCED*** They are announced when you register for the auction, so you have plenty of notice and can plan ahead for it. ***ATTENTION*** SPECIAL NOTICE: Due to an ongoing issue with late arrivals for removals, we are implementing the following policy: A late removal fee at the rate of $100 per hour prorated at $25 for each 15 minute increment will be assessed and charged for anyone not having their purchases REMOVED by the posted closing removal times on the removal date(s). This does not apply to purchases being shipped. **NO REFUNDS will be granted for any items won at auction that failed to be picked up by the by designated pick up time. Any items left behind after the pickup will be considered abandoned. ***ABANDONED ITEMS not picked up or left behind on purpose will be subject to a removal/disposal fees and this fee will be charged to the credit card used to purchase items. ***INVOICES are processed the evening of or the following business day after the auction closes. please bring a copy of your invoice with you. All customer receive invoice via the email account you registered with. Please update your email or check spam folder to ensure you receive your invoice. ***All bidders are required to register at HIBID.COM prior to bidding. All items sold as is/where is in the condition they are in. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidder inspection is encouraged. All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be provided. Credit Card customers may not request charge-backs for any reason. Payment Terms	Your registered credit card will be immediately charged / debited upon your successful bid at the close of the auction. Please ensure your credit card information is accurate and up-to-date. Payment for items won must be received prior to picking up items. Virginia state sales tax of 6% applies. Re-sellers must provide their tax-exempt information online during registration, or by updating their registration information. A buyer's premium of 15% will be added to every purchase. If the buyer fails to pickup items during the appropriate times and fails to make special arrangements for pickup - the credit card on file will be charged the total invoice price. Storage fees may be applied and a convenience fee charged for alternate pickup arrangements. All sales are final. No returns, credits, or credit card charge backs permitted on any lot for any reason.
